This page lets you request deletion of Shield-related support, pairing, and account records. Because Shield depends on WWGI Platform, some paired Platform identifiers may need to be reviewed as part of the request.

WWGI Shield operates as a paired extension of WWGI Platform. A deletion request may cover Shield client records, pairing details, support and unlock audit entries, minimal Shield-related event records, and other related personal information that is no longer required.
You can also email apps@wwgi.org.za with the subject line WWGI Shield deletion request. Include your WWGI recovery handle or username and enough information to identify the paired account.
Do not send passwords, unlock secrets, provider access tokens, payment card details, or identity documents unless WWGI specifically requests them for verification.
Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, dispute handling, abuse prevention, legal compliance, moderation continuity, or audit history. That can include subscription records, unlock audit entries, minimal event logs, or records needed to explain past safety actions.
Some Shield settings and cached data may remain on your Android device until you remove them, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app, subject to Android behavior and any strict-mode protections that may still be active.
WWGI aims to respond within a reasonable time. Some requests may take longer where pairing verification, billing checks, or legal retention requirements are involved.
